Integrated Crank with Fold-Away Handle - Improves operation and aesthetics and won't interfere with roomside window treatments. Standard feature on all Pella casement windows.
Unison Lock System - This patented locking system reaches out to lift and pull the sash against the weatherstripping to form a tight seal. A concealed linkage secures both upper and lower locks with a single, easy-to-reach handle. One lock installed on units 27-1/2" and smaller frame height. Two unison operating locks installed on units over 27-1/2" frame height.
Easy Wash - Allows exterior glass to be cleaned from inside, making cleaning easier.

Frame	Overall frame depth: 3-1/4" on all frame types. Frame members are mitered and heat fused to provide a fully welded corner assembly. Sill is fitted with weeps. Frame: 1-1/8" setback nail fin for 2-1/8" wall depth; Block frame for 3-1/4" wall depth; Integral 5/8" flange for 3" wall depth
Sash	Sash members are extruded, rigid PVC, and are mitered and heat-fused to provide a fully welded corner assembly. Contains sealed insulating glass.
Weatherstripping	Vent units include weatherstripping around the sash perimeter with a fintype, pile and an extruded bulb weatherstrip.

Glazing System	Quality float glass complying with ASTM C 1036. Exterior face-glazed sealed insulating glass. Dual-Pane insulating glass or 1" Triple-Pane
Hardware	Multi-point unison lock with single handle is factory-installed zinc die cast. Lock tie-bars are stainless steel. Optional limited opening hardware available for vent units in extruded vinyl to match the unit; nominal 3" opening. Optional factory applied window opening control device. Device allows window to open less than 4” with normal operation, with a release mechanism that allows the sash to open completely. Complies with ASTM F2090-17.
Insect Screens	Set in aluminum frame and fitted to interior of window. Conventional Black Fiberglass Black vinyl coated 18/16 mesh fiberglass screen cloth complying with ASTM D 3656 and SMA 1201.
