Representative that came to sell us the product was very informative and helpful. He answered all our questions.

They are the best quality and more affordable

We are very impressed with all the employees

Good quality & service

My Brother used Pella and gave glowing reviews so we decided to use them as well Also heard from a lot of friends about the outstanding work from the Pella company.

The foreman on our job was very accommodating and listened to our questions and/or concerns and worked with us on making this a great experience.

The sales rep gave a very good demonstration,

Customer experience has been great with the exception of billing. It's been some effort trying to pay Pella Windows. I'm still waiting for the link with the adjusted balance. It's not for lack of trying.

Joe is a excellent representative. He went above the call of duty to make things as simple as possible. He was a great communicator and put our minds at ease about making such an expensive home improvement. The installers were great too.

Exactly what I needed and installed in a timely manner. For me I had no waiting. Installed on the date given .

Great detail taken on making sure no moisture could get in under the door. Very impressive. And installer took time and explained everything. I appreciated that.

Dedicated installation teams. Warranty.

The installation team was top notch, professional, efficient, cleaned up every day, and very pleasant.

Very satisfied with sales rep

Had a slight issue after install and they dealt with it in a prompt manner

I liked the product that was discussed by the salesperson. She built trust in the company did not follow through.

Negative'-too many phone calls to get satisfaction and too much lack of communication. Way too much time spent from order /down payment to end of installation. Also I paid for new inside frames to match the other rooms and the installer put up something different'-more phone calls and days spent at home to get that made right!
