Ivan Suquet

Born and raised in Idaho, Ivan Suquet earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications with a minor in Psychology from the University of Idaho. Over the past 15 years, he built a career in the premium segment of the automotive industry, leading high-performing sales teams and playing a key role in driving significant brand growth. His transition to Pella was inspired by a connection with Patrick—North America’s Top Representative—and was fueled by an immediate impression of the company’s dedication to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. 

Joining Pella was a natural fit, as Ivan wanted to be part of a company proudly based and manufacturing in the USA, one that stands firmly behind the values of craftsmanship and service. The culture built by the owners is something he deeply admires, and he is honored to contribute to it. 

Outside of work, Ivan is a passionate sports fan (go 49ers!), a travel enthusiast—especially when it comes to family trips to Mexico—and a hobbyist who enjoys flying RC planes and building model cars and aircraft. His love for sports cars runs deep, and he is always exploring new tech and trends, including crypto. Once a competitive gamer, Ivan still enjoys gaming when time allows. 

Above all, family is Ivan’s greatest joy. He is a proud husband to the most amazing woman he knows, and together they share everything—from tropical vacations and river days to binge-watching shows and working out in their home gym. They are raising three incredible daughters who are not only talented gymnasts competing nationwide, but also budding entrepreneurs with snow cone and lemonade stand ventures. Watching them grow and succeed fills Ivan with pride every single day.
