Gabby Carboni has been part of the Pella Northern Indiana team since 2025. With experience in the trade industry and a passion for design, she takes time to understand each client’s vision, budget, and timeline—offering clear, expert guidance at every step. She enjoys helping homeowners improve their spaces and bring their ideas to life, and she’s committed to delivering solutions that balance value, durability, and style. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Gabby earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Her business background informs a positive, solutions-oriented approach that helps make the window and door selection process informed and seamless. She’s dedicated to enhancing comfort, curb appeal, and overall property value for every project. 

Outside of work, Gabby is the oldest of four and loves spending time with her friends and family. You’ll often find her playing beach volleyball, hiking, fishing, and traveling with her fiancé.
