Christina Heid is a seasoned human resources professional with 14 years of experience and a strong foundation in all facets of HR management. Originally from Arizona, she brings expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, payroll, benefits administration and 401(k) management to her role. She believes in treating employees as her most valued customers, fostering a culture of respect and support. 

Outside of her professional life, Christina is a proud mom of four and a loving “Mimi” to two grandchildren. She enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, Jeff—especially camping and kayaking. Her love for nature and spirit of exploration inspire her to embrace new challenges and pursue continuous growth in both her personal and professional life.
