Carroll Bogard

Carroll is an Iowa native and graduated from William Penn University in Oskaloosa, IA, in 1984 with a BA degree in Industrial Technology and a minor in Business Management. In 1986 he began his career with Pella and has consistently demonstrated success during his tenure, including the areas of manufacturing, R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales. In 2015 Carroll took the opportunity to take early retirement from Pella Corporation to begin his Pella sales career in Idaho when he moved his family to Victor, ID. Carroll consistently focuses on providing a strong customer experience and has an unwavering commitment to exceeding customers’ expectations. Carroll has a tremendous amount of industry knowledge and is well respected within numerous building associations across the country. Outside of work, Carroll loves to camp, enjoys outside activities, yard work, projects, traveling and spending quality time with his family and friends.
