Wendy Wilson

Wendy brings over 20 years of HR experience to the Pella DFW/WTX team, with a career spanning retail, pharmaceutical and government contracting. After graduating from the University of North Texas, she gained valuable experience with companies such as Target, Enterprise, Galderma and Lockheed Martin, where she refined her ability to navigate complex workforce challenges with insight and expertise. For the six years prior to joining Pella, Wendy served as a Senior HR Consultant with HR Catalyst Consulting, helping small business owners succeed with effective people strategies. She has been married to her husband, Darin, for 20 years, and together they have two teenagers—Nathan (16) and Reagan (15). They enjoy traveling, hockey (Go Stars!) and cheering on their kids in their many activities. Passionate about investing in people, Wendy thrives on partnering with leaders to help teams and businesses succeed.
