Trey Raney

Trey brings over 20 years of extensive and diverse experience with Pella to his current role. After spending a decade in progressive positions within operations, Trey transitioned to become the General Manager of Pella’s Pacific Northwest sales subsidiaries. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of sales and order fulfillment in the region, successfully leading the transition of two markets to private ownership. 

In 2019, Trey returned to the Dallas area to assume the position of General Manager of Operations for Pella of DFW & West TX. In 2021, he was promoted to Vice President, where he oversaw marketing, sales, and operations for the business. In December of 2025 Trey was named President at Pella of DFW responsible for all areas of the business. 

Trey and his wife, Jenica, have been married since 2008 and have relocated five times during his tenure with Pella. They are proud parents to five children: Brynn (14), Jaxon (11), Jase (9), Beckett (6) and Xander (3).
