Terry Hew Len

Terry brings nearly four decades of experience to Pella Arizona, having held almost every role in the window industry—from call center manager to regional VP. Born at Ft. Bliss military base and raised overseas, Terry has developed a global mindset and strong leadership skills. He’s created successful call centers and canvassing programs for multiple companies and began his window career with The Pacesetter Corporation. Terry and his wife Lucy have been married for over 20 years and share a large family that includes five children, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, bowling, billiards, and golf.
