Rick Brills

Rick Brills serves as a Retail Sales Consultant at Pella Windows & Doors, rejoining the team in June 2024 after previously working with Pella from May 1999 to March 2007. During his earlier tenure, Rick was recognized for his performance by earning the prestigious Presidents Club honor in 2005. 

Rick's favorite part of his role is the people and the culture, valuing the relationships he builds and the positive environment he's a part of every day. His experience and passion for connecting with customers make him a strong asset to the team.

Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending his time on the golf course, embracing his favorite pastime whenever he can. 

A standout achievement: Rick set the mile record at the University of Louisville in 1980, a record that stood strong for 26 years.
