Mitchell is a trade and commercial sales manager based in West Des Moines, Iowa. With 10+ years in the industry, he specializes in single-family new construction, remodel and replacement and commercial window sales. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management (Organizational Leadership), Marketing (Sales), and Economics (Business) from the University of Northern Iowa (Go Cats! It’s a Panther State!). Over his career with Pella, Mitchell has earned awards including the Pella Lifestyle Series Showdown National Trade Champion. 

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their 1-year-old daughter, Ava, as well as running, biking, golfing, kayaking, pickleball, basketball, and cheering on all Minnesota sports. Skol Vikings!
