Mike Walters joined Pella Windows & Doors in 2007 and brings over 30 years of experience leading successful sales and operations teams. His extensive background has helped him develop a strong focus on building high-performing teams and driving consistent results. 

Mike's favorite part of his role is coaching, training and watching team members grow and succeed. He's passionate about helping others reach their potential and takes pride in fostering a supportive, development-focused environment. 

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, especially hiking together on the weekends. He values staying active and making meaningful memories outdoors.
