Lee Hofmann

Born and raised in New Jersey, Lee began his career in home improvement as a canvasser and warehouse apprentice before working his way up through marketing and into sales. His experience includes managing regional marketing teams and overseeing full-scale home remodeling projects. After relocating to Phoenix in 2020, Lee joined Pella in 2024, bringing a deep understanding of both real estate and customer service. He’s passionate about helping homeowners transform their spaces and takes pride in delivering excellent service every step of the way.
