Doug Gallant leads Trade Business Development at Pella Windows, bringing over 20 years of experience and a deep, operational understanding of the trade. His career began with seven years of business management across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, followed by 19 years at Pella as a delivery driver—experience that shaped his practical, people-first leadership style and end-to-end knowledge of the business. 

In his newly created role, Doug has been recognized for excellence in trade sales development and strategic leadership. He works closely with builders and architects across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and the Cape and Islands, while also serving as a key partner to the Pella Southern New England Trade Representatives. Known for building trust, aligning teams, and driving collaboration, Doug plays an integral role in strengthening regional performance and long-term trade relationships. 

Outside of work, Doug is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys riding his motorcycle and antique car. A passionate foodie, he loves to travel—especially to warm destinations—or relax at home by the pool with his wife and their puppy.
