Caleb Blom joined the Pella of Western Washington team in 2019, but officially started his Pella career as a National Accounts Sales intern. In that role, he developed a simplified sales process that was used in 1800+ locations. Caleb studied at the University of Northern Iowa and earned a marketing and management degree. Throughout college, he worked at the local Pella showroom as the Showroom Specialist.

His Pella journey continued through the Sales Development Program at Pella Corporation in Pella, Iowa. Over nine months, Caleb underwent rigorous sales and product training, offering support to various local Pella teams — inside sales, commercial quoting and corporate acquisitions — across multiple projects. Leveraging his Pella expertise and training, Caleb transitioned to the role of Trade Sales Consultant at the Western Washington showroom, serving clients in the PNW region. He is passionate about assisting customers in designing and building their dream homes with window and door solutions. He works hard to build lasting relationships and community connections.

In Caleb’s free time, he enjoys hiking, the outdoors and practicing his pickleball game. At the top of the list is spending time with friends and family.
