Nate Hilt

Throughout his 8-year tenure at Pella, Nate Hilt has gained a diverse range of skills and expertise, serving in roles such as Sales Manager, Architectural Representative and Business Development Representative. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering and boasts over three decades of hands-on experience in design and construction. Actively engaged in numerous building industry associations, including AIA, AIBD, Construction Specifications Institute and Engineered Wood Association, Nate remains up to date with training, industry requirements and product innovations. Nate is deeply captivated by Pella's culture of innovation, often highlighting it as a focal point in discussions with customers. Nate is inspired by working with internal teams and customers, evident in his knack for cultivating enduring relationships.

Originally from Wisconsin, Nate cherishes moments spent with his family, indulges in travel and holds an avid allegiance to Wisconsin sports teams. While his heart remains with Wisconsin sports, the Pacific Northwest is slowly converting him to a Kraken fan.
