Austin Roche 

Austin has worked with Pella for eight years — seven in Northern Virginia before returning to lead the Boston office in 2024. A two-time President’s Club honoree (2021 and 2023), Austin combines leadership with a passion for customer relationships. He graduated with a dual degree from the University of Massachusetts, where he met his wife. They now live in Jamaica Plain with their Goldendoodle. Outside of work, Austin enjoys hiking, climbing, cooking, and all things Lord of the Rings. His favorite part of the job is getting to know customers and learning about their passions.
