The Titletown Community
Near the famed Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, lies Titletown, a community made up of sophisticated multi-family residences, restaurants and entertainment venues. During construction, the Pella team had the opportunity to work with architects and contractors to choose the perfect windows and patio doors for this community.

Finding Products to Meet the Demands and Reduce Callbacks
The Titletown project demanded windows and doors that would stand up to the extreme Wisconsin weather while looking beautiful and maintaining high-end aesthetics. When looking for a window and patio door supplier, the architect and contractors wanted to find products that were available in large opening sizes and in particular colors and styles. In addition to having high-performing products, the architect and contractors needed a partner who could help manage the details of the multi-phase project.
When the contractors looked at the project, they determined Pella® Impervia® fiberglass windows and doors would be the perfect option. With relentless strength and long-lasting durability, Pella’s proprietary fiberglass helps ensure less maintenance with fewer callbacks. And with a strong national brand behind these innovative windows and doors, the contractors knew they would receive the commercial support they needed throughout the project.
Commercial sliding doors and large commercial windows were used to create stunning walls of glass for the homes in Titletown. Casement and direct set windows were mulled together to fill openings as large as 10 feet by 10 feet. Available in a modern black finish, these windows proved to meet the demands of the commercial project.
According to Charlie Millerwise, Director of Development, “One thing we never want to lose focus of, is the offering of a high-level of quality here. I think that’s really where Pella came into play when we were making our window selection — we knew it was a tried and true brand, and has some Wisconsin ties, and it just made a lot of sense to work with a reputable and respected outfit like Pella.”
