Reflecting on Our Legacy of Service

Pella of Kansas City opened its doors on April 24, 1984. From our earliest days under founder Gregar Gentleman to our current leadership team—including longtime Pella professionals Brooks Gentleman, Chad Lundy and John Vance, we’ve remained dedicated to serving the homeowners, builders and communities of Kansas City.

With deep local roots and over 40 years of experience, our team brings unparalleled knowledge and personal service to every project—from selection through installation and beyond.

At Pella of Kansas City, giving back isn’t just something we do, it’s part of who we are. Our team is proud to support organizations that make a difference in the lives of children and families across our region. Through long-standing partnerships with Children’s Mercy Hospital, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City, and the Susan G. Komen Foundation, we’re committed to building a stronger, healthier community—together.

Passion for Community, Purpose in Every Project

Whether we’re fulfilling holiday wishes through Operation Santa, funding mental health care through Red Hot Night or encouraging education and opportunity through the Boys & Girls Clubs, our team rallies around the causes that matter. It’s this sense of shared purpose that fuels our work and connects us to the people we serve.
