Stu Dalziel

Stu began his career in 1987 as a counter and warehouse worker for a wholesale plumbing supply company, where he gained valuable insight into the plumbing trade through daily interactions with industry professionals. He later spent eight years with United Rentals, gaining broad exposure to the construction industry by supporting a diverse range of clients and learning how they operated while renting heavy equipment. 

Over the years, Stu also built experience in sales, specializing in windows, siding, doors and foundation repair. In 2016, he launched his own residential remodeling business, focusing on kitchen and bathroom renovations, home additions and outdoor projects such as fencing and decking. After nearly a decade of running his business, Stu chose to close it in December 2024, returning to the workforce with a fresh perspective and a wealth of hands-on experience.
