Matt Mescher

Matt Mescher joined Pella in 2025, bringing a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for problem-solving to the trade sales team. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Matt started his career as an insurance analyst before moving into business development at a roofing company. This well-rounded background gives him a strong foundation for supporting builders and contractors with smart, efficient window and door solutions.

What Matt enjoys most about his role is the opportunity to learn something new every day and tackle a wide variety of challenges. Outside of work, he stays busy on the golf course, in the kitchen or spending time with his six-month-old daughter and family. Matt’s hidden talent is that he is an excellent cook.
