Karen Johnson

With a strong background as a commercial architect, Karen Johnson brings a designer’s eye and deep technical insight to her role as an Architecture Sales Consultant at Pella. After earning her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky College of Architecture in 1989—where she was inducted into the Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society and studied abroad through the prestigious Altier Study Program—Karen moved to Cincinnati to begin her career in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. Since joining Pella in October 2022, she’s worked closely with design professionals across the Cincinnati region, building relationships and offering tailored window and door solutions that support each project’s unique vision.

What Karen loves most is connecting with other creative minds and discovering what drives their passion for architecture.

Outside of work, you’ll find her in her garden, out on Lake Cumberland—the houseboat capital of the world—or hunting down decor for her personal Tiki bar. She’s also an enthusiastic performer and has even been invited to try out as the lead singer in a band. Her karaoke game? Let’s just say “Karen-oke” is always in session.
