CJ Shetterly

CJ was born and raised in Pella, IA and will be graduating with his associate’s degree in business in 2026. He has a background in construction and interior/exterior painting, which led to him pursuing a job building doors in the Pella manufacturing facility. CJ then spent 6 months in the Sales Development program at Pella Corporate, training for his current role. 

Outside of work, he enjoys working out, listening to music, playing guitar, golfing and spending time with friends and family.
