Bobby Coon

Bobby is from Topeka, Kansas, where he was born and raised. He has over 13+ years of experience in sales management, operations management and leadership. He is passionate about creating long-lasting relationships and delivering a best-in-class experience to all customers and team members. 

Outside of work, Bobby’s world revolves around his son and daughter, who are tweens. He stays busy supporting them through a full schedule of activities, and when they have free time, he enjoys getting outside to spend time together—his favorite title is “Dad.” When he is not spending time with his kids, he can usually be found on the golf course with friends, chasing birdies. He is truly excited to be joining the Pella family and contributing to the company’s continued growth and positive impact.
