Nikki Martin has been a part of the Pella team since 2016, bringing over 30 years of experience in sales and management. Her favorite part of the role is getting to meet new people every day and helping them find solutions that fit their homes and lifestyles. 

Outside of work, Nikki’s passions include live music, road trips, cooking, gardening and all things self-care. She also enjoys working out and has a newfound love for home design—recently discovering a talent for creating stylish, functional spaces. Her energy, creativity, and people-first approach make her a valued part of the Pella retail team.
