Refunds and Returns

Damaged Products

If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact the place in which you purchased your order. For instance, if you purchased through your local Pella showroom, contact your Sales Representative. If you purchased at Lowe’s, get in touch with your Lowe’s specialist. Email shop@pella.com for assistance with online orders.

Warranty

If your Pella windows or doors are available under warranty, please call the customer service number below or your local sales branch.

Cancelling Your Order

When placing an online order, please review carefully because once you make payment for the items in your shopping cart, there is no right of cancellation and you shall not be entitled to any refund of the purchase price.

  • We will assist you with your online product return.
  • If your online purchase was damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will work with the shipping company to send you a new product.

Return Form

Fill out the form below if you received a damaged product or received something different than what you ordered.

We do not accept returns of undamaged made-to-order products in which a buyer ordered the incorrect size or color, or decided the product was no longer needed.

Photo Upload: Including a photo of the product you wish to replace is helpful, and a customer service agent will contact you if needed.

  • Uploads are limited to 10 MB total.
  • Supported file types include: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, svg, tiff.
