How a Young Contractor’s Margins Skyrocketed with Pella

Now I know when we go to a home, we’re only talking to the people who are truly interested in what we do.”

Richards recently attended the Platinum Pella Contractor Summit, where he got the opportunity to take part in additional business and marketing education sessions, as well as networking events with other top Pella contractors from around the United States.

“It was really enlightening to learn what other contractors are doing in their markets. I made some great connections and gained a lot of great insight into the true value of my business.”

Richards also won the Summit’s grand prize drawing of $10,000 in Pella marketing funds, and he’s currently working with his rep to determine the most effective ways to benefit from it.

Richards believes that good relationships and having the right people on your team are extremely important. He works hard to create an office culture that encourages his team to be as committed to his company as he is — and he thinks Pella shares these values.
