The Empire Building Awards, presented by Pella Windows and Doors, is the only statewide tribute to excellence in New York’s homebuilding industry. Hosted by the New York State Builders Association (NYSBA), the awards celebrate builders, designers and industry professionals who are shaping the future of residential communities throughout the Empire State. 

The program recognizes excellence in design innovation, craftsmanship, sustainability and community impact across more than 15 award categories. Projects completed in 2024 and 2025 are eligible for the 2026 awards cycle. 

The event draws more than 500 industry attendees and serves as a premier recognition program for residential construction professionals statewide.
