In this new construction project, architecture students from the University of Kansas worked as a group to design a modern home. They selected stainless steel appliances, light wood and expansive Pella Impervia windows to create a feeling of simple elegance.
The architecture students selected fiberglass casement windows to be used in the bathrooms throughout this home. They complement the sleek lines and minimalist features in this room while providing simple ventilation options. Choosing between Pella Impervia’s five beautiful interior colors, the architecture students chose white windows to use throughout the bathroom.
With a combination of casement, awning and picture windows, this home features streamlined geometry while making an ultra-modern statement. These towering fixed/picture windows let in an abundance of natural light. They provide incredible strength and durability and exceptional energy efficiency for years to come.
