Favorite Pella product or feature: I really like the Pella Rolscreen on the Reserve double hung windows. For people that do not like the look of screen cloth on their windows this screen magically appears when you open the window and then disappears as you close the window. 

Best advice for homeowners: Do a little research on windows online prior to scheduling a window consultation. If possible, take a visit to the Pella showroom and see firsthand all the Pella options that are available to you.
