Will Mitchell

Serving as President, Will Mitchell sets the strategic direction and business priorities for the team. He has been with Pella for over a decade and has gained exposure across several disciplines including sales, operations and general management. Born and raised in San Antonio, Will grew up around his family’s 100-year-old commercial construction company which shaped his passion for the building industry. His long-time connection to the city built the foundation for him wanting to see San Antonio thrive. 

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his family and serving at his local church. He also enjoys watching, playing and coaching sports. Will is an avid sports fan too, cheering on the Astros and Aggies!
