Shelby-Lane LaFontaine

Shelby-Lane joined Pella of Oklahoma in 2022 and has continued to grow within the company, advancing from Administrative Assistant to Retail Sales Specialist and now Project Manager. Her experience across multiple areas of the business gives her a well-rounded understanding of the customer journey, from first sale through the completion of a project. As a Project Manager, Shelby-Lane is known for being organized, solutions-focused and committed to creating a smooth experience for both customers and her team. She enjoys the fast-paced nature of the industry and takes pride in helping bring each project together successfully. 

Outside of work, Shelby-Lane is a mom of two daughters and a cat named Sushi. She loves to spend time with her family, taking on home projects and finding new ways to challenge herself personally and professionally.
