Mathieu Ledroit

Mathieu, originally from France but now proudly embraced as an Oklahoman, became the Operations Manager at Pella of Oklahoma in November 2023. His diverse professional journey spans 13 years at Hertz, where he held leadership positions in Ireland, Brazil and eventually Oklahoma City. With a solid educational background from business schools in both France and the UK, Mathieu brings a wealth of knowledge to his role and is Six Sigma certified. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, the outdoors and sports.
