Louie DeLima

As a Replacement Sales Manager, Louie DeLima brings more than 30 years of sales and leadership experience to the team. Prior to his career in sales, Louie proudly served 10 years in the United States Air Force, where he developed a discipline work ethics and leadership principles that continue to guide him today. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, creating lasting customer relations and leading with integrity. In his current role, Louie is committed to creating a culture where team members are empowered to grow, succeed and take pride in their work. 

Outside of work, Louie enjoys spending time with his daughters and wife, Jackie, to whom he has been married for 35 years. He is also an active member in his church, where he can grow his faith and serve others. In his free time, he finds joy in firing up the BBQ and spending time in his woodworking shop.
