Jim Adamson

For more than 30 years, Jim Adamson has been helping organizations deliver exceptional customer experiences. Prior to joining the WYIDAHO team, he led both Fortune 100 companies and privately owned businesses where he drove sustainable growth across sales, service and operations. He earned degrees in Business and Financial Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he also minored in Psychology and Philosophy. 

Jim has built his career with the mentality that servant leadership and continuous improvement will help people to reach their fullest potential. He has taken this same mindset into his new position. In his role as General Manager, Jim will empower his teams to consistently deliver outstanding results and create a culture where team members thrive. He is committed to delivering extraordinary experiences for every customer while helping his teams create a river of raving fans! 

Outside of work, Jim and his wife, Vicki, are excited to become actively involved in the local community.
