Jay James

As a Trade Sales Consultant at Pella Oklahoma, Jay brings more than 10 years of sales experience and a diverse background in construction, insurance, education and coaching. A graduate of Oklahoma State University and Southeastern Oklahoma State University, Jay combines strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills to create lasting partnerships and deliver results for trade partners. 

Growing up in Cashion, Oklahoma, Jay learned the value of hard work, integrity, faith and community. His experience as a teacher and coach continues to shape his servant-leadership approach and passion for helping others succeed. Jay values genuine relationships, fellowship and the opportunity to encourage and serve those around him. 

Outside of work, Jay enjoys coaching sports, hunting, spending time at the farm and, most importantly, spending time with his wife and two sons.
