Gabriel Hernandez

In his role as Field Marketing Director, Gabriel Hernandez is committed to fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability and service all while helping homeowners learn about Pella’s expansive product offering. He brings more than 15 years of sales, marketing and leadership experience to the team. Throughout his career, Gabriel has focused on building high-performing teams, creating meaningful customer relationships and developing future leaders. He also served in the Army National Guard earlier in his career where he learned important discipline and leadership skills. 

In his spare time, he is heavily involved in his local community. Gabriel serves in his church, volunteers with his children’s orchestra and volleyball programs and supports the high school baseball program as a hitting coach. He also spends time with his family and enjoys kayaking.
