Industry Experience: I have been with Pella since November 2022. Before that I worked for a general contractor. I was an electrician and have bounced around the construction industry in different roles most of my life. My father was a home builder, and it gave me a great appreciation for craftsmanship and things being done the right way. 

A common question I help answer: How is one product better than another product? I like to answer this question by first understanding what is most important to the homeowner from there? We can peel the onion back and find out which product suits your needs best. 

Favorite Pella product or feature: I am a huge fan of the Reserve double-hung Rolscreens. I think they make a big difference when you have a nice view and the way they’re constructed makes them so easy to operate that they will last for years to come. 

Best advice for homeowners: Keep an open mind your situation is not the same as everyone else’s. It’s best to find a solution that fits your needs.
