Doug Phelps

Doug Phelps is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Pella WYIDAHO. He is responsible for setting up the company's strategic direction and building a world-class culture. He is committed to delivering extraordinary experiences for every customer so they can flourish in life. 

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, including 21 years with Pella Corporation, Doug brings deep expertise in sales, marketing and business strategy. He believes that lasting success begins with investing in people, creating a clear vision and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Under his leadership, Pella of WYIDAHO will create a river of raving fans through outstanding products, trusted relationships, and exceptional service. 

Doug holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Southern Methodist University. He and his wife, Pam, have made Boise their home and enjoy exploring Idaho & Wyoming's incredible outdoors while investing in the communities Pella WYIDAHO is privileged to serve.
