Alison, hailing from Norman, is a proud alumna of the University of Oklahoma, holding a master’s degree in organizational dynamics. After working for several years in Human Resources, she landed her dream job with Pella of Oklahoma in 2022. Embracing the role, Alison finds fulfillment in the opportunities and challenges of establishing and shaping the Human Resources department within the company.
During her free time, Alison likes to bake cakes, practice yoga and spend time with her two cats.
