What happens after I sign the agreement paperwork?

Once your contract is signed, our Order Verification Team will schedule a visit to carefully measure your windows and doors to ensure accuracy. Following this, our installation department will review all details before forwarding them to manufacturing. We'll handle the permit applications on your behalf. Once your order is ready, we'll schedule your installation, typically within 6-12 weeks of ordering. Installation usually takes 1-2 days, though larger projects may take longer. After installation, you can begin enjoying your new, beautiful and energy-efficient windows or doors!

What is the warranty?

Pella of Dallas Fort Worth offers a warranty for as long as you own your home. If you encounter any issues with your window or door, simply fill out a warranty repair request. For specifics on the warranty coverage for each product, visit Pella's Warranty Information.

Do you service mobile homes?

No, we do not. Generally, the wall structure of a mobile home isn't strong enough to accommodate our window frames.

What financing options do you have available?

We ask that all homeowners be present so we can explain how the changes will impact your home, discuss available options, answer any questions and provide an accurate estimate based on your choices.

What is the Pella Care Guarantee?

The Pella Care Guarantee is available exclusively for replacement customers who purchase and install Pella products through our branch. The Pella Care Guarantee is not available through other retail stores, Pella Certified Contractors, Pella Select Contractors or Independent Contractors. The Pella Care Guarantee is:

Pella Installation Limited Warranty and Service: With the exception of Storm Doors, Pella of DFW warrants that all installation work performed as a part of a Covered Installation will be free of Installation Defects for a period of two years from the date of substantial completion of the original installation. An “Installation Defect” is an error that significantly impairs the proper operation of a Pella product. If Seller is given Prompt Notice (as defined below) of an Installation Defect within two years from the date of substantial completion of the original installation, Seller shall, at its sole option: 1) furnish labor to repair any such Installation Defect (and provide replacement materials if Seller determines such materials are necessary to make the repairs) or 2) refund the original purchase price of the defective unit(s) including the price of installation.
Limited lifetime warranty on your product: Limited lifetime warranty coverage, in warranties that include this coverage, applies to the original purchaser of Pella products in an owner-occupied single-family residence.

Do you do window tinting?

No, we do not provide window tinting services.
