You installed all of the new windows in my 120 year old Victorian home, so I used you again for my door project.

Overall, I was happy with the process and the products. Responsiveness and communication was overall great. Overall, the install team did a great job. A couple of things that could have been better, Tyler was the sales person handling my project. I wanted to reuse the trim on my kitchen door as the 120 year old woodwork would be difficult to duplicate. He didn't think that we could do that and quoted the project to include new trim. When the guys came out to measure, I asked them and they said they could reuse it. It looks great. Im not sure if an adjustment was made to the cost? I don't think there was. With respect to Tyler, I had also contacted him to ask if someone could remove my front storm door prior to the install date as it was jammed and unable to open. He said he would check and get back to me. He did not. So it wasn't handled until installation. You should also know that the installer told me that he would come back later in the week to reinstall a transom over my front door. He did not return so Adam took care of it when he returned for a final inspection.

Brittany, Christina, and all others I interacted with in the corporate office were incredible rude and unprofessional, they intentionally tried to blame others for their actions- they were disconnected from the process, they did not treat me with respect at all.

I HAD previously good experiences with Pella and their installers, but after this install - never again

Everything went great...There were a couple smudges between the glass panels. Supervisor came and cleaned between the glass a couple days later. You couldn't ask for more.

The financing offer that was provided was very generous and supported our needs.

The initial sales rep was super helpful in going through the different options and the installation team did a very professional job.

Quality, features coupled with financing options that make it possible/feasible to replace windows.

My every dealing with Bruce (sales) has been an immense pleasure. Roman and team are just excellent! On a personal level very respectful and considerate, on a professional level highly experienced and their installations are fast (but by the book) and impeccable, and they leave the work area and the surrounds impeccably clean. So much so that I had 3 large windows installed to the front of my home and had dinner guests an hour after Roman and crew left and no one could tell that there was any construction that day.

Past experience with Pella. That experience was a success as well.

The product is wonderful, but the people were the cream on the top. Pella was very well represented by Brandon, the installers, and the good communication from your office.

Pella had wood windows with integral screens.

The installation crew, Maks and Ian, were absolutely top notch craftsman. They made my 120 year old window frames look brand new again.
