We had to have a follow up from the install team to re-attach our plantation shutters - several weeks delay and no financial discount.

Poor product quality control was evident in two of the major sections of windows replaced, improper equipment to handle to the size of the trim work to complete the exterior portion of the windows without added seams. The added rework and time off I needed to accommodate to complete needed repairs post the initial installation. No compensation for the added disruption and time off required not to mention having to do excessive rework on a newly manufactured product.
