Pella® Lifestyle Series Patio Doors Ratings & Reviews

The operation of closing the enclosed blinds is not easy. We do not like this feature. We are seniors and find operating blinds harder than our previous Pella Door.

The rest of our house is Pella and the Bow Window being replaced was Pella, so we thought your product was of the same high standard when our other Pella windows were installed. Apparently not.

The installment crew were good about the traffic in the house. The negative is your payment policy which is absurd and the outside fog on the windows.

It has blinds between the glass

That the finance company does not do what they say they will do--they have NOT YET mailed us our finance documents so we can begin paying for the door.

Waiting over a month for receipt of one trim piece for the master bedroom window

We wanted a product that had a good reputation and backed with a great warranty.

The delivery and installation process happened much quicker than we anticipated.

Current windows

That had damaged window the first time then lost the replacement window then installed it with leak finally fixed after a week

Our previous were Pella so it was easy replacements.

More negativity than positivity. Shouldn't take 4 months

The product is well made and overall a better product

Communication between design and and installer very poor, they ran out of wood twice and had to return twice and final look is still unfinished.ihad to hire a carpenter to get the finished look I wanted

Quality and consistency of reputation Chose Pella after research of comparable companies

Initially the salesperson answered all questions with patience and thorough knowledge We didn't feel rushed and it was a very positive experience after planning for so many years to install an entire house full of brand new windows and considering the large cost it felt great to be listened to in exactly what we were looking for in terms of design and overall vision. The ease of the application process for financing at zero percent interest helped make this project affordable. The installation crew and project manager and the staff from the office who helped coordinate and complete necessary documentation signing and scheduling all were fantastic, too. Pella has fabulous products and amazing staff at every stage of the experience. Thank you.

I have Pella windows throughout my house. The quality is exceptional! When it came time to replace a garden window which was not a Pella window, I didn't hesitate to call Pella for a quote on a new window. Very happy with the new window!

The installation team was awesome! They worked well together and had the old window removed and the new window installed very quickly! They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old window. I couldn't have asked for a better experience; they were great!
