He holds a bachelor's in marketing from Colorado State University and brings a wealth of expertise in sales process, construction sales and customer service. With 24 years in construction sales and 10 months at Pella, Willie recently received the Clayton Reed 2023 Spirit Award. His favorite part of his job is making a positive impact by serving others to support their overall growth and success. Beyond work, he likes sports, particularly cheering for the Broncos and Nuggets. Willie also enjoys golfing and fishing.
