Willie Barbour

Willie serves as a Business Development Manager, supporting customers and partners across Denver and Northern Colorado. With 26 years of experience in construction sales, he brings deep industry knowledge, a strong command of the sales process and a relationship-first approach that helps drive long-term growth. As he recently celebrated his three-year anniversary with Pella, Willie continues to make a meaningful impact through service, collaboration and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. 

His dedication and results-driven mindset have earned him multiple President’s Awards, along with the Director’s Achievement Award at Pella, reflecting both his expertise and the trust he builds with customers and partners alike. Before specializing in windows and doors, Willie built valuable experience in coatings, giving him a unique perspective as the team’s go-to paint and finishes expert. 

Outside of work, Willie enjoys staying active. He’s an avid golfer, loves working out and brings that same energy and discipline into everything he does professionally.
