Tom Keenan

Tom was born in Hartford, Connecticut, and proudly served for six years in the United States Navy—a background that reflects his deep commitment to discipline, leadership and service. He is the 8th of 9 siblings, which likely helped hone his natural ability to communicate, collaborate and navigate just about any challenge. Professionally, Tom held key leadership roles with ADT Security Services for over 21 years, where he consistently developed award-winning teams and delivered strong regional performance. Most recently, he served as a Senior Sales Manager at Renewal by Andersen, where he played a critical role in elevating sales outcomes through strategic coaching and in-field leadership. Personally, Tom lives in a historic home in downtown Howell with his wife Megan, stepdaughter Sadie (14), their two pit bulls and three cats. He also has three grown children still residing on the East Coast. He is genuinely excited about joining the Pella team and getting back into the field, building strong partnerships and leading from the front. We’re thrilled to have someone with his energy, integrity and experience on our team.
