Steve Kasza

Steve is a Colorado native, proud U.S. Army veteran and experienced construction professional with more than 41 years in the industry. Now in his seventh year with Pella, he serves as the PCC Program Manager for Denver, Northern Colorado and Utah, where he partners closely with contractors to support high-quality project execution across a wide range of applications. 

Steve’s expertise spans commercial tenant finish, residential new construction and remodeling, as well as roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors, home inspections and the insurance claims process. His extensive background includes hands-on experience with complex claims, including appraisal and umpire work on disputed losses, giving him a well-rounded perspective that benefits both contractors and customers. 

His professional credentials include a Class C Residential General Contractor License, Roofing Contractor License and Home Inspector License. Prior to joining Pella, Steve specialized in restoring storm-damaged properties as a licensed general contractor, managing projects that included roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors, painting, additions and full-scale remodels. 

In 2024, Steve was recognized as a Leader Board Champion for the PCC Program, helping lead the Denver branch to become the #1 PCC program in the nation—a reflection of his leadership and commitment to contractor success. 

Outside of work, Steve’s life is centered around his family and faith. He and his wife of 16 years are raising their three children with a strong foundation of morals and ethics that align with their beliefs in God. Together, they enjoy spending time with extended family and friends—whether celebrating holidays and milestones or simply gathering for a backyard BBQ.
