Steve Kasza

Steve is a Colorado native, a proud U.S. Army veteran, and a devoted family man. Though his life and career have taken him to many places, he’s always considered Colorado home. At Pella, Steve manages the Pella Certified Contractor Program, where he can work closely with a wide network of skilled contractors. He brings a wealth of experience from the construction and restoration industries—particularly roofing—and is known for sharing his technical knowledge and insights to support both his team and the contractors he serves.

With a background that includes a Class C Residential General Contractor License, Roofing License, and Home Inspector License, Steve continues to apply his hands-on expertise in a collaborative and professional environment. Before joining Pella, he specialized in hail damage within the roofing and restoration fields.

Outside of work, Steve’s world centers around his family. He and his wife of 13 years are raising their three children and enjoy spending time together with extended family and friends—whether it’s for a holiday, birthday, backyard BBQ, or simply to enjoy each other’s company.
