Scotty Waits

Scotty Waits has been with Pella Windows & Doors since 2017, serving as a Trade and Commercial Sales Consultant. He brings 18 years of experience in the construction industry, giving him a strong understanding of projects from the ground up and how to best support his customers. 

Scotty's favorite part of his role is helping people. Whether working with builders or customers, he takes pride in providing solutions and making a positive impact. 

Outside of work, Scotty enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. You'll often find him golfing, weightlifting or fishing. 

A hidden talent: Scotty is a decent artist, showcasing a creative side beyond his day-to-day work.
