Rich Herman

Rich is originally from Nebraska but grew up in Los Angeles.  After high school, he returned to his Midwest roots in Omaha, where he earned a BSBA in Management and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Nebraska - Omaha.

Rich started his career managing at Sam’s Club and Starbucks, gaining experience in corporate operations and customer service. Before joining Pella, he spent 10 years as a Store Leader at PetSmart, focusing on customer education, community involvement, and building adoption partnerships to help pets find forever homes.

Rich is married with three children and a mini Goldendoodle.
